Jerry Lim (b. 1975) is an artist that works with photography, text, sound and video. He is a recent receipient of the Lightwork Grant in Photography and in 2019 was awarded an En Foco Fellowship.
Lim is also a guitarist and improviser having performed at venues such as Roulette, The Stone and Carnegie Hall. He has played with legendary saxophonist Joe McPhee, kayagum master Sang-Won Park, sound artist Sean Meehan, filmmaker Martha Colburn, among others.
He teaches photography and graphic design at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City.
He currently lives in Brooklyn, NY.
